Returns and Refunds

Full refunds – Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item. As long as the items are unopened/unused. Inkredible Toner™ will not be responsible for shipping cost on returns for a non-defective item.

Defective Items – Inkredible Toner™ will provide a full refund for defective items. We reserve the right to ask you for a picture or any other information we may require. If we ask for the item to be returned we will cover the shipping costs.

Non-defective opened items/unused: Shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund. A restocking fee of 10% -30% will apply.

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any of your returns. In some cases, picture proof may be required to be able to complete the return process. *Please note all orders are recorded by our system. Discrepancies between items received and ordered items must be disclosed to us within 15 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email with pictures of the received items and shipping label. Any items received by mistake may be required to be returned.

If an item becomes discontinued after purchase, we reserve the right to refund the product back instead of a replacement
